Private Artist Encounter in Italy
Most people visit Florence and Rome with a camera. A few prefer a sketchbook. This is for the few.
A private day — or two days across both cities — in the company of a working artist whose work hangs in private collections including that of Lapo Elkann.
No group. No itinerary handed to you. A single unrushed day shaped around your pace, your eye, and what Italy reveals when you slow down enough to draw it. Teddy works with a very small number of clients each year.
These are not lessons. They are not tours. They are something harder to define — a different way of seeing a place you thought you already knew.
"I am not your teacher. I am your companion — and together we will change the way you see."

HOW THE DAYS UNFOLD
FLORENCE · DAY ONE (BOTH EXPERIENCES)
The city at its most unhurried.
Morning meeting and breakfast at your hotel, at a time to suit you · Drawing sessions across curated city locations chosen by Teddy for light and season · Meet after lunch or share a lunch break before afternoon drawing sessions · Aperitivo and personal review of the day's work
ROME · DAY TWO (EXPERIENCE TWO ONLY)
Ninety minutes south, a different scale.
Early high-speed train from Florence · Rome operates at a different density — the work responds to that · Full day of drawing sessions with lunch break in-between · Closing review of all work produced across both cities · Return to your hotel in Florence the same evening.
Materials - Made in Italy
The sketchbook is Fabriano — made in the Marche hills since 1264, the paper Teddy uses and which was used by Raphael and Michelangelo. The coloured ergonomic pencils are also Fabriano and arrive in a linen roll in Teddy’s signature colour. Everything is prepared before you arrive and yours to take away as a souvenir.
