Refund policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

All Limited Edition artworks are 'made to order' and printed/hand-worked on demand. Each item is bespoke as it contains a hand written artist authentication on the reverse.

Orders are sent via a Tracked and Signed For service.  It is your responsibility to check the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.  If you then find the goods are damaged, you should notify us immediately and provide high quality images of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damage you refer to.  

We will then issue a report to the courier and can only issue a refund if the courier accepts liability. Once liability has been accepted, please allow 21 days for your refund to be processed.  This may be quicker but, is determined by the speed at which the courier issues a refund to the atelier.
